The National Forest Foundation (NFF) hired International Mapping to develop site maps for the NFF’s Treasured Landscapes, Unforgettable Experiences conservation campaign. This nationwide campaign addresses integrated restoration challenges on 14 National Forests ranging from the glacial peaks of Alaska’s Tongass National Forest to the aquamarine springs of Florida’s Ocala National Forest. Each campaign site required an accurate and detailed map highlighting project boundaries and important geographical features. Additionally, each map needed to position the site in its respective state and National Forest.
International Mapping’s Treasured Landscapes site maps present this information in a clear and readable format, complimenting the NFF’s existing outreach and other materials. Downloadable PDFs of each map are available at the NFF’s web site, providing an important resource for interested parties to learn more about the campaign and each individual site. The maps help the NFF easily show project locations and boundaries to foundation and corporate supporters in a standard format.
